General questions
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
For anything prescribed, yes — a prescriber must see you in person before it can be prescribed. That can happen immediately before your treatment on the same visit. Skin treatments and facials can be booked directly.
How do I know what I need?
Book the free twenty-minute consultation. You will leave with a written plan and a price, and there is no obligation to book anything on the day.
Will I look like I have had something done?
That is the thing we work hardest to avoid. We dose conservatively, review at two weeks, and add rather than correct.
How much should I budget?
Most people start between £200 and £400 and come back two or three times a year. Everything is priced on the site and nothing is quoted differently in the room.
Can you fix work done elsewhere?
Often. Bring photographs and any record of what was used. Dissolving, rebalancing and simply waiting are all on the table.
What if something goes wrong?
You get a direct number for the first twenty-four hours and an appointment the same day if you need one. Dissolver and a complications protocol are kept on site.
Do you offer finance?
No. Courses are priced lower than their parts and can be paid per session, but we do not lend money for cosmetic treatment.
Is there parking?
There is metered parking on the surrounding streets and a car park two minutes away on Aybrook Street. Bond Street and Baker Street are each a seven-minute walk.

Anti-wrinkle injections
Read more →Will I still be able to move my face?Yes. We dose to soften rather than freeze, and it is easy to add a little at the two-week review if you want more.
How soon will I see it?Movement starts to reduce around day three. The full effect is there at two weeks, which is why we book the review then rather than earlier.
Dermal fillers
Read more →How much will I need?Less than you have been quoted elsewhere, usually. Most people start with one to two millilitres and we review before adding more.
Will it look obvious?Not if it is placed deep and in the right compartment. Filler looks obvious when it is used to chase a line at the surface, or when too much goes in at once.
Lip enhancement
Read more →Will everyone know?At half to one millilitre, placed for shape rather than size, no. The people who look obviously treated are usually several millilitres in.
How much swelling?A lot, for about forty-eight hours. Do not book anything social for three days and do not judge the result for two weeks.
Skin boosters
Read more →How is this different from filler?Filler sits under the skin and changes shape. Boosters go into the skin and change quality. You can have one without ever needing the other.
How many will I need?Two to four sessions depending on the product, spaced two to four weeks apart, then maintenance every six to twelve months.
PRP therapy
Read more →Is the blood draw unpleasant?It is one standard tube, taken the way a GP would take it. Tell us if needles are difficult for you and we will lie you flat.
How many sessions?Three, four to six weeks apart, then maintenance once or twice a year. Hair loss usually needs the fuller course to hold.
Mesotherapy
Read more →How many sessions?Four, spaced two weeks apart, is the standard course. After that most people come back twice a year.
Is it a facial?No. It is an injectable treatment with almost no downtime, which is why people mistake it for one.
Microneedling
Read more →Does it hurt?Not with numbing cream. It feels like sandpaper and vibration, and the forehead is the least comfortable part.
How much downtime, really?Two days looking flushed, another two flaking. Most people treat on a Thursday and are presentable by Monday.
Chemical peels
Read more →Will my face actually peel?It depends which peel. Refining and glycolic peels shed invisibly; Jessner and retinol peels flake visibly for three to seven days.
Can I have one before a holiday?Before, no. Two weeks after you are back, yes. Peeling skin and strong sun is how you get pigmentation rather than lose it.
Medical facials
Read more →Which one should I book?If you are not sure, book the signature facial. It includes a full skin read and we can redirect you from there.
Is the sculpting facial painful?It is firm. The intra-oral work is strange for the first minute and then most people fall asleep.
Fat dissolving
Read more →Is it permanent?The cells that are destroyed do not return. Remaining cells can still grow, so the result holds only if your weight does.
How swollen will I be?Very, under the chin, for about a week. It looks worse before it looks better, so plan the timing with that in mind.
HIFU skin tightening
Read more →Does it hurt?There are sharp, deep moments, particularly along the jaw. It is over quickly and nothing lingers afterwards.
When will I see something?Eight weeks at the earliest, six months for the full result. This is the slowest treatment we offer.
