Who we are

Vesper is a private aesthetics clinic at 38 Ellery Mews, Marylebone, London W1U 4QR. This is a fictional demonstration site and no real clinic, person or patient record is described on it.

What we collect

If this were a live clinic site, we would collect the name, contact details, medical history and clinical photographs needed to treat you safely, and nothing beyond that.

Why we collect it

To assess suitability, to deliver treatment safely, to keep the clinical records required of a regulated practice, and to contact you about your own appointments.

Clinical photography

Standardised photographs would be taken at every visit and held as part of the clinical record. They would never be published or used in marketing without separate, specific, written consent that can be withdrawn at any time.

How long we keep it

Clinical records are held for the period required by professional guidance. Enquiries that do not lead to treatment are deleted after twelve months.

Who sees it

Only the practitioners treating you, and the systems needed to run the clinic. Records are never sold or shared for marketing.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your records, ask for corrections, withdraw consent for photography, or ask for data to be deleted where there is no legal obligation to keep it.
