Each needle passes through the epidermis into the dermis and closes within minutes. The body reads the pattern as damage and rebuilds — remodelling old scar tissue, thickening thin skin and tightening enlarged pores.
Depth is set to the area and the problem. Scars need depth; crepey eyelid skin needs almost none.

Numbing cream for thirty minutes, then twenty minutes of treatment. You will hear it more than you feel it. We finish with a calming mask and a physical sunscreen.
You will look sunburnt for two to three days, and flaky for a couple more. No make-up for twenty-four hours, no actives for five days, and absolute sun avoidance for a fortnight.
We send you home with everything you need for the week. Do not add anything of your own to it.
Scarring needs three to six sessions, four weeks apart. One session gives you a glow and very little else.
Home rollers are not the same treatment. They do not reach the depth that remodels scar tissue and they are very good at spreading infection.
