A £50 deposit secures any appointment and comes off the price on the day. Consultations are free and do not require one.
Move or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before. Inside 48 hours the deposit is retained, because the slot rarely refills.
Prescription treatments require a face-to-face consultation with a prescriber before anything is prescribed. This can happen on the same day as treatment.
We treat over-eighteens only, and we ask for photographic identification for injectable treatments.
